Moj Kroatie online guidelines for exchanges & returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right you can contact us via natasa@mojkroatie.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.

Return exceptions

Note: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

a. With sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.

b. that have been established by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer’s specifications;

c. that are clearly personal in nature;

d. that cannot be returned due to their nature;

e. that can spoil or age quickly;

f. whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;

g. for individual newspapers and magazines;

f. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.

We understand that a fast delivery time is important. We therefore do everything to deliver the wines as quickly as possible.

Your order will be delivered by PostNL within 2 working days to the specified delivery address.

Your order can also be delivered to Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Great Britain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, France and Spain. This shipment can take longer than 2 to 3 business days. We depend on the local partners in your country for this. After your order you will always receive an email with the track & trace code. Use this code to check when you can expect your shipment.
